Dragon Circuits

Train with the instructors at Dragon Circuits. Delivered and instructed by Phil and or Christina these sessions provide a bit of everything.
Perfect for an energy boosting start to your day before work or after school drop off. All sessions are varied and for all abilities.

Early Riser Dragon circuits starts at 7:00am and is a 45 minute session
Dragon Circuits are from 09:30-10:30am

Our aims of the sessions are to;

  • Provide a fun and enjoyable session
  • Outdoor classes soaking up the vitamin D
  • Hiit Training
  • Full body exercises

Enter the Dragon - Boxercise

Enter the Dragon – Boxercise classes are run by either Phil or Christina. Both instructors are energetic and motivating whilst coaching this boxercise class. We find these sessions are up there with the most enjoyable session to take part in and deliver as an instructor.
This energetic class will leave you feeling like a world champion!

Ryoko Circuits – Ladies only

Circuit classes delivered mainly by Christina, who will teach you excellent form to workout safely, whilst having fun and definitely the odd dance!

  • Great for beginner to intermediate levels
  • Excellent place to start your fitness journey with like-minded ladies
  • Fun and enjoyable sessions
  • Build strength

Breathe Fire Bootcamp

Evening sessions headed up by Phil or Evil Phil as I have been named on several occasions.
I like to plan anything from Strength and Conditioning, functional fitness circuits and on occasion add a competitive edge. We often work in teams/pairs and individuals to provide a fun and healthy challenge to the session.
Sessions are challenging but are also safe, form will always be a priority to ensure you are exercising safely which will in turn benefit you greatly. These sessions are for men and women looking to improve fitness and performance levels using functional fitness equipment.

Personal Training

Both Phil and Christina are Level 3 Personal Trainers and are extremely proud to say that we have worked with many individuals and each one has benefitted greatly from the 121 session.

We focus on good form and learning proper techniques and a progressive formula, so you are always challenged and improving. Sessions are varied and enjoyable leaving you with a good sense of achievement each time.

We work with all abilities, and tailor our programmes to each individual whilst steering them towards their goals.

The Dragon Slayer

The Dragon Slayer is a programme for the competitor within Designed for people who want to test their fitness further and potentially enter competitions or events within the fitness space. Anything along the lines of the Great South Run, Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, The Deadly Dozen and Superhuman Games to name a few. The programme will be individually designed for to guide athletes to be successful in their field.
Packed with conversations, advice and data to improve Nutrition for performance, progress tracking for training and improving strength and fitness and mental fitness.
 
We offer 2 variations of the Dragon Slayer;
  1. The Hybrid approach includes an all inclusive Dragon Fitness membership so you can attend and take part in group classes and includes 2 small group Personal Training a month sessions to improve form, knowledge and performance. Some sessions will need to be covered by you at home/gym or a cardio session outdoors.
  2. An Online programme tailored to you and your goals. Will include all aspects as mentioned with the exception of the in person classes.
